By using Aloya you agree to the terms below. They exist to protect both you and us, and to keep the service useful for every rider.
The service
Aloya provides travel-planning, live tracking, and a companion experience for Cyprus public transport. Schedules and live data come from the official GTFS feeds; we present them but do not operate the buses. Departures are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, and operator decisions.
Acceptable use
Use Aloya for personal travel. Do not scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not submit false vehicle observations — accurate crowd data is what makes the live ETAs trustworthy.
Aloya Pro
Pro features are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual term. You can cancel at any time from the wallet screen; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case via hello@aloya.cy.
Liability
Aloya is provided as-is. We work hard to keep ETAs accurate, but we cannot guarantee that a bus will arrive at a specific time, that a route will not change, or that the app will be available without interruption. We are not liable for missed connections or losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes are announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
